Here we go! Come with us to conquer the Barbagia. This extraordinary excursion begins in Oliena, where we will climb with the jeeps towards Monte Corrasi.
Along the way, we will see the majesty of the rocky walls of the Supramonte, which peak is more than 1430 m high. Stop in a panoramic spot where we will have the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountainous heart of Sardinia and to photograph it. Later, we will move to the Valle di Lanaittu, considered one of the places of origin of the ancient Sardinian civilization. Human remains dating back to 65,000 years testify that the valley had been inhabited since prehistoric times.
We will visit the Sa Oche Cave, which opening in the rocks looks like a wild cat guarding the entrance. The history of the cave, that began from the erosion of the mountain river waters, is surprising. Faithful to the words "love passes through the stomach" to make you fall in love more with this land we will move to have lunch with the shepherds. We will taste delicious roasted piglet, Carasau bread, homemade sausages and Sardinian cheeses, red wine (Cannonau) and liqueurs (Mirto, Filu Ferru). The highlight of our extraordinary adventure will be the Su Gologone source.
